The Podcast Creation & Media Production Program introduces students ages 14–24 to the world of podcasting through real‑world practice and guided instruction. Participants learn how to develop show concepts, write scripts, record high‑quality audio, edit episodes, and publish content across major platforms. The program blends creativity, technical skill‑building, and teamwork — giving youth the confidence to share their voices and build a media brand of their own.

The Youth Entrepreneurship Program empowers students ages 14–24 to explore business ownership through real‑world practice, mentorship, and project‑based learning. Participants learn how to identify problems, design solutions, build products or services, and pitch their ideas with confidence. Whether students dream of launching a clothing brand, a tech startup, a food business, or a community‑focused service, this program gives them the tools to begin building their future now.

The Discover Works Program gives rising 10th graders the chance to explore Detroit’s workforce landscape through interactive workshops, industry tours, skill‑building activities, and project‑based learning.
