No Barriers 2 Success (NB2S) provides a variety of programs and initiatives designed to equip youth with the skills and opportunities necessary for both personal and professional development. Our services include mentorship, job placement assistance, vocational training, and educational support, ensuring that every young person has the resources needed to overcome obstacles and achieve success. NB2S is dedicated to empowering, engaging, and educating Detroit’s youth while facilitating employment opportunities that lead to long-term stability.
Throughout the year, NB2S operates a youth-led after-school program where participants identify and work to eliminate barriers in a safe and supportive environment. This program not only provides food, resources, and skill-building opportunities but also fosters a sense of community and self-sufficiency.
